Developed a start-up in the social and mobile gaming industry from 70 to 300 employees in 2 years, focusing on the international fast, scalable work culture alongside the founder and the shareholders.
Introduced performance culture integratively involving also junior employees, on par with health management. Emphasis on communication and HR innovations that brought the company to the top 5 worldwide in their business field.
As head of HR, I worked alongside the founder to grow a start-up in the entertainment digital industry from 80 to 1,000 employees in 3 years and built the HR team, managing 5 office locations, including setup in the US. In addition, lean and fast scaling processes were prepared and successfully implemented for an exit.
The company grew to the top 3 globally in its field.
As CHRO, I realigned and transformed the decentralized HR team with more than 4,000 employees in the DACH region.
Prepared and implemented the transition HR wise developing the German business into the new European Group merger.
Initiated a cultural change in HR to successfully support the new business model with change management for internationalization and digitalization.
After an initial exchange of ideas, I develop a solution proposal for you with a precise time frame and expenditure volume. The basis for this is a briefing with the wishes and objectives as well as all other important details regarding the mandate.
The effort does not refer to my invested time, but to the respective solution package as a HR project. Together we discuss your project wishes, the appropriate solution package and define the criteria for success.
The status and interim goals are closely coordinated and transparently discussed in the ongoing project plan. My assignment duration varies with the desired HR packages: on-demand for a few days or for a longer strategy project.
If required, I involve – upon agreement – additional HR experts to scale the individual HR packages quickly and in a target-oriented manner.
